Approve a portal account
Approve a sponsor or donor for full access to the HFF Sponsor-Donor Portal. Each approval code works only for the username and email it was made for.
Approval ready
The link works where the portal is hosted on your website. In Claude, the donor pastes the code instead.
How approval works
- A donor requests an account in the portal and sends you their request by email.
- You paste that email here to fill in their name, organization, website, reason, username and email, review the request, and create the approval.
- You send them the email with their code. They sign in, choose Enter approval code, and full access opens.
